These terms govern your use of CoachPack, a coaching toolkit operated by Spremt Labs. By creating an account or purchasing a pack, you agree to them.
CoachPack is a self-guided reflection and planning tool (the Wheel of Life, values, vision, goals and a weekly plan). It is for personal development only. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and is not a substitute for a qualified professional.
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for the activity under your account. Don't misuse the service or attempt to access other users' data.
The CoachPack pack is a one-time purchase that gives access for a 12-week cycle. The optional No White Space diary is a separate subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe. We offer a 7-day refund on the pack — email hello@coachpack.org.
What you write in CoachPack is yours. We store it to provide the service and you can export it. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
We work to keep CoachPack available but provide it "as is", without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Spremt Labs isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted here. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
