This policy explains what CoachPack collects, why, and what you can do about it. CoachPack is operated by Spremt Labs. If anything here is unclear, email hello@coachpack.org.
To create and secure your account, to save and show you your own work, to process your purchase, and to send you essential service emails (such as your purchase confirmation and account links). We do not sell your data, and we do not use what you write in CoachPack for advertising.
Only the service providers needed to run CoachPack:
Each acts as our processor under their own security and privacy terms. We don't share your data with anyone else.
Your CoachPack data is stored in the European Union. Some providers (e.g. Stripe) may process data outside the EU under standard contractual safeguards.
For as long as your account exists. You can export your work as a PDF at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and its data — email hello@coachpack.org and we'll action it.
Under GDPR you can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email hello@coachpack.org. You also have the right to complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission.
Access to your data is restricted to your own account through row-level security, connections are encrypted, and payment details never touch our servers. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
CoachPack is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 16.
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the app or by email.
